Most orders will be prepared & dispatched within a week after payment but occasionally larger orders or preparation of larger paintings may take up to 3 weeks to allow for any varnishing, fixing of hanging wires and building of packaging cases. You will receive an email advising of an estimated lead time & also notifications throughout the process up until your painting is delivered to your door. If you would like a lead time on a specific painting before ordering or to check on the progress of a painting you've ordered please feel free to get in touch.

Cost of delivery will be calculated at the checkout when you have added your location. If you are buying multiple items they will be grouped and sent together reducing the shipping cost. In this case any over payment of shipping will be refunded. If you would like to discuss this before you make a payment please contact me.

A tracking number will be provided once your artwork is shipped. 

On delivery, please carefully check and report any obvious damage immediately.

Large paintings will be delivered in a purpose built case for protection in transit. A pozidrive screwdriver will be required to open the case.

IMPORTANT: IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER TO BE AWARE OF ANY FEES RELATING TO IMPORT AND CUSTOM DUTIES FOR THEIR COUNTRY. THE SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OF THESE CHARGES.
