Refund policy
Paintings are always sent with a high level of packaging protection but sometimes damage can still occur from careless handling. If your order arrives with obvious damage to the packaging please make the courier aware and either refuse to accept it or immediately photograph the damaged area and submit the photo via info@michaelhemmingartist.com
Damaged items can be returned for a full refund including delivery costs.
If you decide to return an item for a reason other than damage, the return postage will be the responsibility of the buyer. A maximum restocking charge of £50 will also be required before any refund is issued. This charge will vary according to your purchase and you will be notified of the amount in initial communication.
Returns must be notified within 14 days of delivery and the appropriate refund will be applied once the item has been received in it’s original condition.
Once all the above criteria is met, any refunds will be initiated within 3 working days
