I offer inspiring, relaxed art workshops in Dorset and surrounding counties for art groups, clubs and creative societies looking for an engaging and confidence-building painting experience.

These painting workshops for groups are suitable for all levels — from complete beginners to experienced artists — with a focus on creativity, technique and personal expression.

Although most groups book me for a workshop where members paint along, I also offer demos where I can demonstrate a particular subject to an audience with questions and answers.

What to Expect:

My workshops explore expressive oil painting, capturing sea, land, and sky through contemporary approaches, and include abstract, impressionist, and expressionist styles. I share techniques and principles that I use in my own studio.
I encourage each person to develop their own unique style rather than simply copying, while recognising that working from examples can be helpful for those who are newer to painting.

Workshops and demonstrations are currently priced at £195. A small fuel supplement applies for venues beyond my standard working area (approx 25 mile radius from Bournemouth)
