DEVELOPING ABSTRACT IDEAS WORKSHOP (MORNING) - 3hrs Tues Oct 8th 10am - 1pm

Abstract art is a popular and intriguing subject for many. Understanding it can be another matter though.

Despite what some may think, abstract art is often more involved than the more traditional art. So how do you go about constructing an abstract painting? 

This workshop, held in my Bournemouth studio looks at one of the methods I use in approaching abstraction and will help you in painting your own abstract masterpiece.

Schedule:

• Introduction to the abstract movement
• Understanding types of abstraction
• Developing and sketching out abstract ideas
• Painting your own abstract based on your sketches

What is included?

• 40cm square painting panel
• All paints, tools & equipment
• Tea & Coffee

Please bring clothing protection e.g. apron or overalls. and a small box to take your wet painting home.

Toilet and hand washing facilities available.
